About This Project ...

With the release of LightWave CORE, from a UI perspective, one exciting aspect is that it uses Nokia's Qt platform for its user interface protocol.

Qt allows custom styling of gadgets using CSS definitions, meaning you can totally customise the look of the application. Prefer a dark look so as not to strain your eyes? No problem! Dark too sombre? Then switch to a brighter theme to match your mood. It's now all possible in CORE, we have NewTek to thank for that.

Designing Themes

I plan to design and release a number of professional looking themes for CORE to enhance your working environment and make it look just that little bit sexier when your Maya colleagues peer over your shoulder!
